Mindful Living is a fee for service provider.  This means that I am not paneled with any health insurance but can serve as an out of network provider.  It is possible that I can provide a super bill to you or your health insurance and you may be partially or fully reimbursed for your session fee.  Please feel free to reach out to me regarding this!
